When our nervous system is regulated, we’re able to process emotions, engage with life from a place of presence, and create space for healing. When dysregulated, we often move into fight, flight, freeze, or fawn; not just in crisis, but in our everyday patterns. As holistic therapists, healers, and space holders, nervous system awareness is non-negotiable. It allows us to model regulation, support clients more effectively, and stay grounded in our mission without burning out.
