PROTECTING YOUR PEACE

Welcome to November Beautiful Souls, this month we’re embracing the theme of Protecting Your Peace.

Protecting your peace is an intentional act of self-preservation. It means establishing clear boundaries, both in your personal and professional life, that shield your energy from negativity and overwhelm. It’s about creating routines and prioritizing practices that allow you to find moments of stillness, calm, and harmony amid life’s noise. Protecting Your Peace is at the foundation of taking a holistic approach to our mental health and healing, by integrating practices that help to regulate your nervous system, calm your mind, and ground you prioritizing self-care. Some of the ways I like to Protect My Peace are through  creating boundaries and creating space and time to pour into my cup in intentional ways. Such as, having slow morning routines, integrating breaks throughout the day, and finding pockets for implementing some of my favorite practices of Yoga, Breathwork, and Sound Healing.

When you actively protect your peace, you begin to prioritize the elements of life that nourish your soul and allow you to experience and live in your heart’s deepest desires. As you regulate your nervous system and find clarity mentally and emotionally you are able to show up more fully for yourself, your clients, your community and your family; as well as finding the capacity to navigate life’s challenges. In this season, we are navigating an upcoming election, wars, the state of our economy, an increase in seasonal affective disorder (seasonal depression); as well as navigating family dynamics and grief that may increase during the holiday season. With all of this happening I really encourage everyone to lean into Protecting Your Peace.
