As therapists, mental health professionals, and healers, I believe that we are worthy of EXPANSION...

We are worthy of taking our ideas and bringing them to life.

We are worthy of a life that gives us the freedom to live authentically, while impacting more humans through our work.

We are worthy of expanding beyond any and all limitations that keep us from being the kind of therapist or healer we are truly meant to be.

As therapists, helpers and healers, we were taught that there is one path to success in our field, and that path is within the confines of 1 on 1 work. But I am a big believer that as holistic practitioners, we are actually in a unique position to expand beyond the therapy room. We can really utilize our unique, diverse skill sets, to reach a wider audience, and get more creative about what we offer as therapists and healers…creating space for us to have more space not only for growth, but also to spend more time really doing what we love.

In April, we will focus on how as holistic practitioners, we are in a great position to really leverage our skill sets to create greater impact and income as we cultivate lives and careers truly aligned with our purpose and passions. I’ll share about my personal journey to expansion, and how you can embark on that journey for yourself!
